Nike was a great workplace once upon a time. Today it's a sh-t company with incompetent management, subpar products that are mostly copies of old ones, and no leadership. Nobody should strive to stay here long term. If things are this bad right now, imagine how they'll be in a few years.

Step six & most important: listen to the employees. Let them work where they want.
Step seven: produce kickass product. Do it now. Do it often. Never stop doing it.
Step eight: produce compelling marketing content that is less divisive
Step nine: lobby to replace the Oregon governor & Portland mayor with folks who want to make the area cleaner, safer and better for all
Step ten: ask Knight to relax, step away and not interfere with company biz any longer
Step eleven: stop treating Oregon football like it's the most important team in the world
Step twelve: hire or appoint an astute leader to snap-up high potential industry startups

Thinking of the future down the road sounds fun but no thanks, I’ll stay grounded to reality and stay focused on the present. Sorry you got laid off but try not to let them live in your head rent free.
What would YOU do to make it a place you want to work at?
