W.W. Norton Suing Follett

"At the time of filing, Follett owed Norton at least $8,337,126. Based on invoices for printed content and Follett’s own transaction reporting with respect to digital content, the additional amounts due as of April 30, 2024, will be $913,671. Accordingly, if Follett continues to withhold monies it is contractually required to pay to Norton, the total past due amount as of May 1 will be $9,250,797,” the filing states"

Maybe they cna use some of the money they freed up by firing all those people a few days ago instead of hirng a new executive! Maybe they can liquidate of some of their bloated C-suite employees!

NOPE! They cut hours even more. Aww nuts. Maybe next time. Buyback and commencements wll be a blast!

You know, the last time a lease company had that many credit holds they had to restructure to keep from bring down their big box stores. Is Follett about to file bankruptcy?

Oh they'll magically resolve this just in time for Summer classes next month.
Just a delay tactic.
Every rush is a credit hold merry-go-round these days. Somehow they all get paid just in time for classes.
