Absolutely none. My colleague has been promoted to Director and fired a week after.

After I heard that I realised that I have been putting too much effort into my work, working 12h a day and weekends. After I learned it has nothing to do with you as a good employee - I close my laptop at 5 pm and don’t do a single extra thing.
Being selected as a catalyst means nothing. You don’t get extra RSUs, no extra pay raises, no special fellowships.
