Our company ER is significantly worse compared to our major competitors. It seems that either something fundamentally negative is occurring, or the top leadership is intentionally driving down the stock price to attract potential buyers. Either way, this situation is not good. Time to run!

Well the company is basically a job program for some midwestern cities with many promotions not having the skills.
When the star performers leave because we want to keep Beth, we will all pay.
Our competitors have a very balanced book of business across payer types. So when one of them faces brutal headwinds the rest can help make up for it. Plus their versions of centerwell contribute a larger share of total earnings than ours.
Our competitors face the same headwind but they didn't lower or withdraw their outlooks. It is not good.
