There are rumors that they fired citizens and filling the green card for non citizens, what I heard last time is, it's against law. Please do us know if they are doing it.

HR and managers are in hand in hand in layoffs. They protect H1Bs as much as possible and try to kick out everyone else and outsource jobs.
