So sorry for everyone going through this… sending support to all of you! I’m currently a Concur customer at big company and we’re going through our own restructuring so I won’t be here myself much longer… but I am a career travel manager, so will likely move onto another company that is using Concur simply because so many do!
I’m curious if anyone can share what the downstream customer impacts may be, especially for EoT? It seems like horrible timing with evolution of travel being rolled out now…and the NDC transition. Would certainly help me determine if I can help other companies move away from Concur wherever I land next!
