You would be wise to do the bare minimum until you find something else. You won’t get fired and your performance won’t help you avoid the next swing of the axe which is absolutely coming. Nike is bloated and in big trouble. That once powerful brand has lost its shine and that Next% “strategy” is a show about nothing.
You’re not wrong @rmq. Talking about leaving, especially publicly, is mostly a way for people to vent frustrations. Actually doing it is a long process filled with its own basket of uncertainties. In addition many people understandably adopt a mindset of “The devil you know is better than the devil you don’t know.” Change is still difficult even when you’re the person who initiated it.
Feel exactly the same. In final rounds next week to get the he-l out of Nike.
