Thread regarding Cigna layoffs

FOW Managers Meeting

More draconian language today in the managers Q&A for FOW. You must be in office 3 days a week, 8 hours per day. If you don't comply with the spirit of the policy, there will be consequences!

Also, one of the presenters is dialing in from home (on an anchor day, no less)! Bad look.

Has anyone looked into the legality of this future of work policy? Like for those who's offer letter states "Work at Home". Now, there is a blurb that states:

Please note that Cigna reserves the right to modify compensation, and to change, modify or discontinue any plan or policy at its discretion in accordance with applicable law.

Is that enough for them to force remote employees into the office? And what law is applicable to this??
