Latest news is that more work will be added to SNP Care Managers that is not counted in their metrics. Some really great HAH leaders with thought process, "Let's give them more work to do that does NOT count in the way we measure their productivity.... Chip away at their morale slowly so they do not see our tyrannical management plans." smh. Why?

How can they combine? They do different things with different populations
I heard SNP and Behavioral Health are combining? Anyone else hear this?
