Thread regarding Wells Fargo & Co. layoffs

FCRM town hall

Did they address why the director is remote and why he isn’t subject to the relocation strategy?

What group is FCRM and were there any dates/locations regarding layoffs?

location strategy displacements are just getting started folks. Telling someone it will happen, and having it happen are two different events. Actual notifications will be staggered through the end of next year

Layoffs should be done at some point during 2025. I’m not in FCRM but a Business Group, and we have had to step up our displacements by 6-8 months.

All that town hall did was pi-s me off. I also love how the powers that be put their photo on every email they send. I desperately want to send a scathing email to all when I am laid off with a photo showing that I think Wells Fargo is #1.

Plenty will get passes just depends on how high up you are.

Who said he's getting a pass. It's not like the strategy is over. The layoffs are supposed to go on for 2-3 years with location strategy. He may just be the last to go.

The hypocrisy/torment is the point. Entirely intentional. Literally everything HY does is to encourage people to quit.

I’m not in a hub and have no desire to tune in anymore. Not sure why I need to go to the office. MT is remote in FL but I don’t see him being let go at all. Maybe he’ll just announce he’s retiring.

Exactly! The hypocrisy is staggering.
