I heard TPM has a big impact, so wondering what is happening within engineering, any info from that area?

Only 2 years ago we moved from global to geo in the previous tech re-org. i have seen it coming as it was a mess from day one.
GEO TPMO, Data Engineering and SW Engineering are all moving out of GEO into global roles.
How the global organization is going to be structured has not been shared yet
