I had a lot of coworkers and associates let go today. Seems like it hit product management in technology quite hard. Also, it sounds like there were a fair amount innovation were also let go. Surprisingly, I still saw some SDs let go. Also, there were also others who were ICs let go. I feel for them and their families. Let's show them the empathy and compassion they deserve. ☮️

I’m not an employee but a family member of a Nike employee who got told they were safe today. They are relieved to say the least but they are also feeling mixed emotions as a lot of good people were let go, transferred, or had some changes made to their current job. For those remaining it can also be hard with a feeling of survivor’s guilt seeing your friends and colleagues let go. Thanks for sharing some kind words and I hope those moving on will find their next best opportunity before long.
