Please LT again you have caused us mental stress with a disorg- reorg. But please dont rub our wounds with your petty 5 minute zoom huddle to tell us about your exhausion from all the calls you had to make. We dont want that right now, we don't care if HR says it has to be done for legal reasons, we want peace of mind. Go away LT be quiet, come back when you have something tangible we want to hear.

Sounds like a bad leader, I'm sorry for that. I was grateful my LT huddle. As bad as the situation was made by executives, my LT took up the slack and started communication as soon as they were allowed.
