I have to move out after 10 years of service. It is not the same Nike I once got inspired with. It is full of politics and back stabbing. Hope this change soon for the betterment of my friends and colleagues who stay back. Good luck, all.

It was toxic and full of politics when you started 10 years ago too, it just takes time to get plugged in enough to see it. They sell you the dream, but the reality ain't that.
It’s always a game and always will be a game unfortunately… until LT stops promoting friends or their favorites… we’re gonna be stuck in this hamster wheel for a long while… and while this isn’t always the case it is for many orgs.
This reorg no different than last, just canned some LT & SrD but sh---d someone else into the seat. Stiil very top heavy too many Directors and Mangers who likely will sit in meetings all day discussing the new process. Still very much LT moving their favorites into roles. The toxicity will continue until the stock keeps dropping and another reorg. Very dissapointing.
Yes, it is completely toxic now.
