Thread regarding Nike Inc. layoffs

What are the things you should do before exiting?

End is coming, any advice to prepare? Resources you should be saving? None company property of course.

Here's a helpful link to a previous thread from February that includes lots of advice about this topic. Best of luck!

Move any personal files into a box folder and DO NOT move them off your device personally. You’ll need to ask for them to review the folder & make it shareable.

AirDrop might “work” for some computers which haven’t blocked the functionality, but ALL computers will log the activity.

You don’t need to have a successful file transfer for Nike legal to get up in your business.

Focus on the life ahead. Talk to someone who got impacted in Feb. Control the controllables.

Contact information!!! You want people’s phone numbers for future references and referrals. This is the most important IMO.

The company will send you a list of everything else and even files (if approved by HR) if you need.

Make sure your family list for the employee store is up to date if you should still want them shopping there. You will not be able to edit it.

Get all of your cfe’s so you have something to reference to update your resume
