Are remote roles but located in the state of Oregon counted in the 740 reported in the WARN list? Or the 740 only has the employees based in Oregon (non-remote roles)?

Nobody is immune to this layoff. Remote roles are becoming fewer and further in between. Unless you have a unicorn skill-set, gone are the days of fully remote Nike employee. If you are one that digs your heels in, you are out. All remote role contract language give Nike the right to change the rule whenever.
How is it fair that anyone is working remote when the rest of us have to be in office 4 days per week? I would imagine remote employees are included
