I'm not the OP, but I don't know that it's necessary to belittle a post that was sent with sincere good wishes, even if the wish was a bit ignorant. Take the positive energy for what it is--everyone needs it right now.
God probably has bigger things to worry about than how much severance Nike people get.
It is based on band level and time at Nike. Some will get more or less. This is a weird post.
