"Org Transformation". It was a joke. Looking at that empty eyeballs of SD was more painful than the fact that I was getting laid off. I'm not happy but am actually thankful that Nike does this for me before I walk out by myself. I know job market is not going to be fun but this place has been literal hellhole to me and will be at least for another 10 years.

Sorry you have to go through this! I Was in your shoe 2 months ago on the exact day of Feb 22, The SD Reading the transcript of Organizational Restructure during my call. It was really a joke that fellow himself doesn't know what it was.
There is life after Nike, better that we got out from this hellhole living every day on a opened grenade, better off we came out from that anxiety.
