In all those All Hands, JD talked ad nauseam about how he's "taking accountability" for having to lay people off...
But is sure seems like "accountability" means blaming Zoom meetings and not actually changing anything about how he actually leads.

Mr. Accountability on fullest display. Guy reflects on coming face to face with responsibility, even understanding monetary impact for the everyman, and goes as far to talk about someone covering for his own mistakes..... compare that to today, the irony is palpable. Those aren't even the best parts. Every word of his is empty. This mf is sitting here showing us that he pulled the ladder up after himself so high its hard to even believe.

I think it’s fair to say any trust in him we may have presumed has evaporated. He’s made it abundantly clear he’s not on our team.

Read every word, read between the lines. Realize where we are in time today, when this was written, and the experiences he's reflecting on. This says everything you need to know about JD and I'd argue even more unsaid about the board permitting him to stay at the table.
