Are the type of calls/work changing to mobility or is it just a mobility contract but still doing the same work you are doing today? I know they can change it at any time but did they actually say when you switch over to the new contract your type of incoming calls are changing as well?

Wonder if Leg T/CWA workers will be moved under a cheaper contract ?

The position is a sales title that you will be taking on in mobility. Depending on the work you are doing now will delay going into sales for a little while until the company figures out who will be handling your current work. But you will definitely be handling sales sooner than later.
