Wow what an a$$ indeed. How proud he is of those stats, such high percentages of lives traumatized. That's the "Bane" way (sorry/not sorry for misspelling). Uses the aggressive term 'fire' (instead of 'lay off') incorrectly, several times like he just loves the power of it, then belatedly thinks better of it after several minutes and substitutes an obversely passive term, "ask them to leave". That is ALSO not correct wording, just on the passive side, not aggressive. Then when he's in front of someone and laying them off, he just says "I'm making a change" without even having the courage to say at all what he's actually doing. It would be excusable as 'diplomacy' if he hadn't just tossed the wrong word around as a flex so much right before. And NO, he doesn't 'love [the laid-off employee] to death', doesn't have the right to use that phrase. High quality leadership is NOT bragging about how many people you can point at/push away aggressively/defensively and say "I'm not going to give you the chance to talk".

I think this underscores what an insufferable a$$ this dude sounds like. Sorry folks who have had to endure this guy. Not a good place to be, don’t look back there’s life outside the berm.
