Boeing CEO steps down slowly under pressure from board & shareholders over 2 deadly 737 Max crashes and Q&A mistake after mistake in manufacturing. The AT&T Board needs to ask 63 year old John Stankey (JS "Old folks don't need to work here") to pack his bags and go over his own blunder after blunder- He can take his golden parachute like Randall and Ed before him did and get the H..L out and let someone who knows how to run a company get a shot.

We have outages and Stinkey focuses on tracking RTO and is irritated it is a big issue with employees. Stock price doesn't go up and his excuse is we did what we said we would do - hey stupid, you are the CEO and should be doing more than we said we'd do so it goes up. What a d-mbbell he is!! Singer and team were right when they said get rid of Stephenson and Stankey is not the replacement for him. The board id--ts put him in as CEO disregarding Singer's advice and things are a mess!!
golden parachutes are to good for these people what they are doing is criminal and should be charged.
I have not had any dealings with att for 7 years. I do not buy anything from them and I even took the pension buyout when I left and had zero to do with att.
wtf are they doing with my ssn for 7 years when I worked there they made sure you shredded the cr-p you had at your desk - wth
this is criminal and stankey should be in jail. these corporations want all the advantages of being treated like a person except for any fall out or crimes.
"John’s leadership is needed until at least the end of 2025. His cost savings plan is critical to saving T given its financial state."
John, we see you. Now go away. We are not your BoD. We have brains and saw what you have done here.
It’s not about age, it’s about integrity and character. Stink has neither! He’s incompetent and a WEF and Uncle Larry shill. Stink wouldn’t qualify as a middle manager any where else. The Elliott Group was correct in publicly questioning his qualifications and hiring. DEI BOD chairman covered and covers for Stink.

John's leadership is what got ATT in this position. Not only was he complicit in the destruction of ATT, in a very short amount of time, he destroyed Time Warner when he was the leader of that organization before Randall's Elliot-exit.
When your primary objective is no longer to provide the best network, but rather cut spending at any cost, you take risks.
Such as, laying people off, consolidating the network, and using 3rd party providers to manage your customers service.
All of which eventually result in outages that happen more regularly and impact more customers.
Won’t happen. Stank is laying off opposition to him and the board serves him.

Stink ain't going anywhere - until he reaches the mandatory retirement age and come back as a $1M contractor, or he can pull his more lucrative change-in-control contract golden parachute for selling the company for a shiny nickle.
