Its a simple logic.. We paid alot of money to NVIDIA and hoarded GPUs... Now even our competetors want those GPUs and coming to OCI to get the same,
Oracle cloud is so solid and easy to use that my grandmother can provision an integrated supply-chain-manufacturing-inventory system in just a couple of clicks, so she is probably one of the users you ask about.
