$10!?!? I didn't get that. What dors a person have to do around here to qualify for $10 of appreciation?
So heartfelt. Truly. I have received zero cards and my boss decided to make nice calls to other folks on my extended team. Not his own. I hate this place!!!!!!
The 2,000 spotlight award points finally showed up a day after the card arrived. So we'll all get $10 equivalent courtesy of WF. Spend it wisely.
@xdc+1sXvFSQX I got the same mailed “appreciation” card and spotlight award points. I’m also in a hub and found out my job is being sent to India this month. How much more tone deaf can they be??

I received one and it's not generic! I was pleasantly surprised to get one from a colleague. I should probably stop having a bad attitude about my impending layoff and appreciate the people that do make my time here worth something.
Boss' Day is Oct 16th
I received a mailed card from Wells Fargo informing me I've received 2,000 spotlight award points in Recognition Central for Employee Appreciation Week ($10 value). It looks like a mass mailing so I assume we'll all get one. I went out to Recognition Central and the points aren't there. Maybe they're delayed, maybe they'll never show up. But, what an amazingly inept communication about appreciation.
