So... so... so... the CEO is asking employees to take a VSP... why does he not set the example and put in for it too? He needs to LEAD by example! Maybe giving back all those millions and millions in pay he gets would help save some jobs. Just a thought!

Even if he was eligible Hans is not losing his 17 mil bonus/year plus his 7 figure annual pay check until you force him out with a huge multi million dollar severance. No one deserves to be let go more than him but as we all know life isn’t fair. If he wasn’t here I would not have volunteered for VSP.
unfortunately Corporate leadership is funder by the Consumer business. others is the current executive leadership in Corporate are not originally from a telecommunications background and no idea how to run a business versus attempting to adopt the latest trends into an exeuctive roadmap that various sub leaders pretend to be executing on but at the end of each quarter they have someone former SANs instructor consume the entire all hands call discussing purple teaming which is sort of offputting against all the other initiatives that sort never leave the gate
Will Hans gut it so bad that we become the next Sp_rint_Fon, then suffer the same subsequent faith & get sold to Tmo? But not b4 Hans gets his 200% Ceo pay lol
Verizon leadership (VP and above) will never leave even though we know the problem is them !!! Most of the them have been there for decades and have been institutionalized. They have absolutely no clue about how to run the business in the real world. Look at Consumer as an example. You have rejects from other departments that care more about their social media presence and Chanel bags than providing good customer and employee experiences. If you want to make a change, lets start with writing to the board of directors.
He's not eligible. Only band 3 and below. /s
