That's not the point. Yes, people should be grateful to have a job, especially in this economy. HOWEVER, no one should have to work in the kind of threatening, stressful, metrics-driven, numbers-only culture that is CVS. And air-conditioned office?? Try working in a store with broken AC corporate refuses to fix, cause money. It's easy for you to play arm chair quarterback. The reality on the ground is much different.

I went to a CVS Corporate Event and there was a middle-aged woman leading around 10 young women. She always had a wheeled suitcase. My friend said, “ Just watch this”. The woman asked for recommendations for restaurants and theater tickets. I thought that this was benign enough. I noticed that the younger people lost all ability to think. Every decision was filtered through the older woman. I imagined an aging dog walker with 10 canines on independent leashes. My friend completed the story. He called the older woman the next Monday. He was told by Corporate that she was unavailable. She had a stroke and died over the weekend. Forget Corporate. Forget Karen. Think for Yourself. Take Care of Yourself.
Jesus the mentality of these people is so sick. Guard dogs all over the place with a few “masters”
Post ID: @zaw+1sX49Mu8 you're such a douche. Quit wasting space with irrelevant posts.
cvs should be grateful that employees even still choose to work for them. Such a soulless, micromanaging, unskilled company. They should be going out of their way to make working environments better and more flexible as opposed to pretending it’s 1935 where everyone has to commute to a barren office building for it to be considered “working”. They have some of the worst employee health insurance in the industry, horrible PTO, and unbearable work expectations from checked-out leadership.
The original poster is someone’s leader, or possibly the leader of several. They are also led by someone and they are lead by someone. Let that sink in for a minute. Does the company culture make sense now?
A fish rots from the head. Funny about things that rot. They don’t un-rot.
lol just based off the language - OP is an Indian manager who created those threatening RTO posts, asked why they got deleted. And now this
