currently Value GTS is headless with 2 verticals one for Visible and the other one for Tracfone portfolio brands (consolidation is needed here). does anyone know if all this will be consolidated into GTS as it should have been from the beginning? Nothing special about the postpaid business model to justify its own Technology practice.
what are your thoughts on how some of these acquisitions have been integrated to VZ systems in the past ?

Why do they have their own GTS ? That is the 1st problem right there. Tech should be robust enough to accommodate multiple business models. Bollywood again clueless!
Value GTS will be reorg, now that the narcissist is gone. I hear he brought all his incompetent friends from World fuel (WKC) and promoted the cr-p out of them during his tenure. This needs to be investigated!
