No. This is incorrect. NOW, is the time to 100 % disengage from participation in the survey. Choose not to "vent". Choose to ignore. Zero levels of participation means it is impervious to corruption. It sends a single laconic message.

if they did not take into consideration employees' feedback regarding RTO why would they care about the results of the unfiltered. Its pure HR exercise.
The data and results will be massaged more than ever. Interpreted by AI as a great place to work.
Of course I will answer the questions in the survey truthfully. And I heard that others want to do this, too.
