Is there going to downsizing in Aetna analytics (actuarial, STARS, MEU, informatics, etc)? I like my job and my boss, so I would rather not leave unless it is to avoid being downsized

Don’t know about this year, but analytics was hit hard last year. There is a site for those laid off on LinkedIn and I believe it was mostly IT/Analytic folks. Maybe you’ll avoid it this year given that.
