This is pretty much an open “secret” at this point, but work has been ongoing to replace CTC and CAS roles from PPD/CRG business from high cost location to Philippines, Bulgaria, Mexico. If you start getting resource assigned from those locations when typically they would come from in-country roles, just know they’ve replaced a resource from another country.

They don't even have to layoff anymore. All they do now is post all news jobs in non-US cities. Look at how many of the IT and Finance jobs are no in the US any longer. HR will be next along with Marketing.
