Can someone share their experience with severance and WARN? I was with the company for 8 years and received a severance package of 3 weeks plus an additional 4 weeks. My last day with the company is set to be 9 weeks after the layoff (SE3).
I am supposed to get 10 weeks plus an additional 4 weeks after WARN? I am confused and would like to hear from you guys before starting legal litigation with a lawyer.

The 2-month notice period is required by law for WARN in California. In other words PayPal is choosing to give you only 3 weeks for the first 5 years... this company is so cheap! I would likely involve a lawyer.
