I am looking for results from a past AAS where date showed only 62% of employees felt secure in their jobs. I looked thru the pulse AAS site and results, but conveniently this stat isn't listed. I believe I heard the results on one of the channel surfing vids. I am just looking for which quarter that data was provided for.

You should know this by now. Any numbers they present in any presentation are bogus numbers. AAS or any other adoption numbers (like pipeline) etc...
There’s actually fine print in them - I think at the end - saying they’re anonymous UNLESS list of reasons here. I don’t trust them to only use who it is in those situations though. They hate all of us.
If they were so anonymous, how would they be able to factor out the feedback from teammates who left the company. I was told back in the day that they remove the feedback from anyone who has left C1 (either PIPed or otherwise)
These surveys say they are completely anonymous. If they really do use the identifying credentials to use against employees after declaring, in writing, that your responses are completely 77anonymous, that is a huge, huge lawsuit. Bring your proof to court. I want my part of the damages.
That is how they pick who they layoff.
Don't answer all associate surveys they are not anonymous. You are tracked by your IP address, computer name, which ties you to you EID.
Fu-k Capital One and their AAS!! They don’t don’t give two sh--s about the results and only use it to punish. Anyone still thinking the AAS matters and they listen to it is a fool.
Thanks so much!
3rd quarter 2023.
