Anyone got intel on how bad the benefit refresh AKA benefit annihilation will be? Heard some non specific chatter but nothing specific. Me thinks that certain types of paid leave will go bye-bye, medical will cost more, PTO may get cut, Bonuses will be drastically reduced and our 401k match will probably be reduced. Anything the big H can do to save pennies at the expense of its frontline workers is at the top of the list cause God forbid the C suite get compensated for their actual contribution which is minimal!

It's crazy how hard this thread tried to scare folks for no reason. No July 1 announcement ever occurred and now they want you to believe it's coming November.
If they are going to Chang anything they usually announce changes in Sept.
Well where was the big announcement y'all been talking about??
In DMS (inside sales) they are pushing unpaid time off. Telling us to save PTO.
When you put leaders in compensation and benefits that have no idea what they’re doing, what do you expect?
@1bwo+1sQB407i Isn't it about time that the expression 'high performers' went away? Either you are doing the job you were hired for or you're not. If i have been hired to do A,B & C i should be measured on doing just that. Give me a standard and an expectation and I'll work to it. So many times I have seen slackers get 'high performer' reports because the manager is too chicken to be honest. I have seen good performers get graded low because their manage was a bully. This is what I agreed to do for this amount of money. If the company did well because I did what you hired me to do.... Give me the bonus. If the senior leadership hired the wrong people, punish them....
We do know. Wait till the end of the month and see.
No one here knows sh!t. 100% negative speculation
Didn't think our current benefits could get any worse.
Announcement expected by July 1
When is the announcement expected to come out?
To the absolute !$!@? who down voted this post- either you don’t work at Humana or you don’t give a cr-p about how workers are treated. The cost of living has skyrocketed yet H isn’t even giving a cost of living raise to their top performers. Do we really think people want cr-ppy benefits on top of that?!
The sky is falling!! The sky is falling!!
I am dreading that announcement. My morale is hanging by a thread and if the announcement is that bad I’m not sure my mental health can take it. But I do think it’ll be as bad as you predict.
