I am the lowest paid on my team and I do the most in 28 years.
I trained myself to code, and I do coding but not getting paid for it. I’m looking for other jobs because I’m not being paid for what I do. It’s pretty much incredulous.
Pretty sure I’ll go soon and take my 401(k) and go to Portugal because this country doesn’t serve me right and this company doesn’t either.
It’s a lot of paperwork, but I can do it. I’m not living here anymore. I can’t let this company take my soul.

Here is the issue. You are organically trained. You won’t convince another company that you can code if you don’t have the degrees to back it up. WF paid you to work and you likely still have a job because you are a self starter. However, you likely lack the thing that will get you to the next step and that unfortunately is on you.
