Thread regarding Wells Fargo & Co. layoffs

Affluent, Affluent Away!

My branch has become a magnet of complaints from customers who have urgent needs but won't be helped because PBs are overwhelmed--or some just won't care--, and premier bankers won't assist somebody unless they have $250k. There are more premier bankers and FAs than PBs which doesn't reflect that branch's customer base. To make things worse, managers keep avoiding the lobby because it is easier to stay busy in the back checking their phones. Demoralizing.

As it darn well should. Sales is what makes this world go ‘round.

If you don’t like it, go get a job at McDonalds.

Sales is what Wells is going back too also while eliminating PBs and eventually managers too. Another BOA in the making

Any PB who doesn’t understand that a customer with 100K in their account could have $5M somewhere else, isn’t very smart.
