Lots of toxic people in GT leadership/management. Sitting all day at their desks, watching news or walking around, meanwhile ETW running the show. Nothing changed so far.

EMEA was overperforming for years (reason why we got a PSP last year), so axing the GM now would be actually toxic?
Underperforming leaders were not axed as part of the reorg for other Geos. It was more about shifting to a new formation, and certain roles were lost. Those who were unfortunately sitting in those roles, were either fired or moved elsewhere. Functional leaders, whether good or bad, remained unchanged. So I dont expect CG to change. This reorg was a good opportunity to get rid of underperforming leaders, but it was completely squandered. Sh-t leaders both Sr. Directors and VPs remain everywhere. Christ this company is a mess right now.
