All depends, ETWs get treated as 2nd class citizens in GT. Most other departments, it’s pretty chill outside of a few people who have some sort of beef.
I’ve always treated ETWs how I would like to be treated, ie: Human being.

ETWs get treated like dirt. Never go back to an abusive relationship. If they weren’t interested in you before, why do you think this time it’ll be better?
You can’t be an ETW for 180 days after your end date so, and even then there may be rules if your severance covered longer. I’d recommend asking people solutions and getting their answer in writing
Check your severance agreement. Most had a 6 month wait before you could come back as ETW.
