Nike is at it again… potential fraud class action (but this time for the shareholders)

Just saw this article from March. If you click on the link for the lawyers it takes you to a form for a class action lawsuit

Maybe we should get a class action lawsuit started against Nike. Stating Nike defrauded employees by having policies (Matter of Respect, Inside the lines) and Maxims (Act like an owner, do the right thing)) because those of us who spoke up got silenced. Those of us who tried to bring up bullying and harassment behaviors were silenced as well. Nike should tread carefully. They don’t take action just move people around. Is it a coincidence that DH moved over to Converse after the RL/LJ scandal? And then some of her HR cronies moved to converse too…? I think not.

He-l, it’s defrauded our consumers by claiming to be continuously innovating and standing for social justice, but how many women (and some men) suffered s-xual harassment or s-xual as--ult and were silenced while the predators got promotions? Talking about the DEI sr. Director who got promoted to VP.

Once again, shame on you Nike.
