I don’t care who has the right to get rid of JD but for Gods sake please implement your power and get this awful person/leader out of running this company into the ground.
MP doesn’t give two rat sh!ts about you or the day to day running of the company. Eat the rich, it’s the only way forward.
The board does not control Nike. The owners of class A stock control the Nike board voting rights. The board of Swoosh LLC is where the real decisions are made, because this is the entity which controls the class A stock, which is why the class B shareholders are getting sc--wed. Donahoe has a vote on Swoosh LLC (which he had before he became CEO). This was the stitch-up that led to the appointment of such a fundamentally unqualified person as CEO: He was essentially leading the search for himself, and 'Mr. Accountability' also has decision-rights over his own firing. It is such bad practice. He is a limpet.
