Assistant managers 70 to 100k.
Store managers/ Sr managers make 80 to 120k a year depending upon time, title and location.
Director/DMs make 140 to 200k a year depending upon time, title and location.
Sr Directors 250k plus with LTI.

No wonder how many unlikes you got OP!! You should be ashamed of yourself for bringing SOOOO much light to the matter, you should be ashamed of yourself by actually letting everyone know what the good for nothing SMs, GMs, Area Managers & DOSs actually do. Talking about this years’ raises, SMs got the most (at the cost of not giving Reps the raise what they actually deserve but that same time these fat cats who put nothing on the table but taking selfies on good sales making them look good at their shift got a generous one & yet they lie about it). How could you forget that all GMs do is be on phone calls, not taking any accountability (doing their 8, take selfies, brag abt how good they did today at NUMBERS, getting that second line a priority so that their Area Managers & DOSs look good to their VPs, and some are actually chilling having their time off & phoning their SMs asking how things are going so they can keep their jobs based on their “Tenure”? Do u think all that info is as supposed to be share here Bud? There is an ethics line which one is supposed to be called NOT HR bcz they’ll come quick & post who they support ETC… They’re NOT THERE to protect employees rights etc, they’re their to protect “Company’s Interests”, they whether right or wrong. ALSO it can very well be proven that the raise this year which was supposed to be given to hard working reps got dispersed to SMs (18-25 year olds, specifically so they dont feel bad & quit), “SOME” markets should be given a thorough check.
I made $24m last year. 720% above industry average. 🙏 while revenue is down 1.6%. God is good!

Assistant Managers are from $39500 - $58250 more like 70-110k
Sr Managers are from $43,500 - $68,500 more like 105-140
Directors are from $74,000 - $105,000 more like 115-160
Sr Directors are from $93,500 - $142,250 more like 120-180
If leadership is making 200k for being on calls all day, doing the 'cattle herding', I don't feel they are worth the money. Sounds like a place to trim the fat.

honestly, why need commissions anyway? most people just walk in to buy their cell phone or when they have a problem. they only have three choices, VZ, T or TMUS. retail is really just walk in customer service which is awful at Verizon because the leadership team doesn't really believe in it. and the reason for that is that they know people don't have a real choice. cell phone companies are really just utility companies now.

This is absolutely correct. If ya’ll can’t digest it, up to ya’ll then. What’s interesting is, they keep increasing the pay for the managerial level people and keep taking away from the reps who actually make them the money. A-s Managers make around 80K, GMs easily make over 100K, Area Managers abt 150K & then the DOSs, around 200K. There is no doubt abt that.
From 2004 to 2008 I made around $100K a year as a store assistant manager. That was all in with salary, commission plus STI. Now as a senior manager for operations I make around $140K a year all in. I think retail pay has gone down considerably over the years.

You commissions are not included in these numbers, but in general, leadership hits anywhere from 85-110% of at risk, it is not a significant increase from the base
These numbers are inaccurate
The "Do nothing club".They read reports then micromanage. Then apply for jobs in corporate with no prior experience and usually get the position. The ast mgrs in our location play on there phones all day and if they help a csr and get "something out of it" new line,vhi,or 2nd number they will give it to there sales rep friend every time enoughtimes to help them everymo ntht(commission fraud). They are despised by me the others have blinders on.
Who wants to work 7days a week, no holidays and all that stress? No thank you…
My DM has been around forever and shared makes $200,000 a year. For what?!?
