So goes the old adage, "bird in the hand is worth two in the bush". Kyndryl will thin out the employee pool. They really can not sustain such a large workforce. To many legacy carry overs (IBM) at top dollar. This is a company just treading water. Something has to give. A company can not carry the debt load they carry, and reasonably expect to prosper.

Not much, or if they start cutting some of us loose. I would say decent. No way around it KD needs to trim something. The easiest trim is labor. Something a lot of my fellow employee's do not ever want to contend with. In the real world revenue is either coming in or going out. Right now KD has decent enough revenue streaming in. It is the crushing debt this company carries. With the debt load KD has it is eating up the incoming revenue. Cutting costs is the best revenue generator for a company. Your keeping money that was allotted as an expense now it is revenue. A dollar saved is better than, a dollar promised to be earned.
