Have employees been terminated based on their Sapience numbers? If so, with cause or without cause? Have any employees taken legal action against Fiserv because of Sapience?

Well, I got my 3 month RIF notice after ripping Frank a new one in the employee survey. Well, I then got a "Meets Most" on my next review, and then, during my 3 month notice meeting was told my termination was because of "performance".
Oddly enough, when the RIF came thru, they redesignated it as "COVID-related".
So, what I'm getting at is that they can use Sapience as a tool to can you, but then make up stuff to justify getting rid of people who speak their mind too much. I was about $10,000 shy of what I should have been making....and since that time, I'm doing a lot better for a much better company.
Someone in HR was terminated (or rather forced to resign) because they couldn’t commit to be in the office for 8 hours / day. Is that even a policy or rule?
Yes terminations have happened. In fact they lie its for productivity. They add it to their list so that when restructures happen they will oust you first.
Sapience says that this employee spent three hours doing a five minute task. They were busy for three hours.
So productive!
Sapience is really swell the little app with the big story to tell
What does that mean Sapience numbers? How would that get you fired?
I know of a couple people that it was nearly the determining factor but in the end they were kept. And ive heared about another one that it pretty much absolutely was. That person ended up being laid off officially instead of being fired.
Not that I am aware of, however, bad Sapience numbers is enough to get someone on a work plan. Those are usually written notice to improve your performance within 60 days are you’re gone. During those 60 days anything can now be used against you - showing up late, missing a meeting, visiting a website, and so on. Under this regime, there’s no coming back from a work plan.
