Retaliation and silencing has always been a tactic at Nike. So many of you are done. Stay vocal. Don't let your voice be silenced as mine was because I was only one voice.

Every week there’s another of these posts worded slightly differently .. all posted by a site that gets paid if you post and view. You are the product.
Agree @Bully director. My X manager reorg now director steamrolled me into a fake meeting today titled something else, to have a passive agressive one way conversation at the end of the day, not the first, second or third time this happened, condesending, treated me like cr-p, with vague reasons. Yup document, speak up people.
Document EVERYTHING!!! Take photos of your screen with your personal phone. In the state of Oregon for any digital (phone/zoom) conversations only one party has to consent to recording. This way if something happens to your job you have the grounds for retaliation lawsuit. Even a journal/or notes on your phone will help provide evidence.
There are multiple reporters working on stories relating to Nike’s toxic culture and cover ups. Init at WSJ is working on a story. Same with the guy who broke the RL news on business insider. The reporters won’t quote you and will say sources familiar with the matter, like the business insider story. This is the only way to make Nike and its leaders be accountable.
@azg+1sI5LHiq My Dir is a whackjob. She's so insecure. "You will do what I say." Also refuses to apologize. Will not even admit she is wrong or did something wrong. Loose canon and thinks she's the shiznit. She's a disaster.
Bully Director struck again last week. Created drama, lied about it, refused to apologize, and dumped the work on me.
