Nike is a joke, you will not be rewarded for your work at all. The latest round of layoffs prove that your performance does not matter. Do the bare minimum, show up, answer emails but do not actually do anything you will be just as likely to get whacked as the person that stresses themselves out over delivering to BS timelines and working 70 hours per week.
