Thread regarding Sam's Club layoffs

Confronting your coworker is wrong and unethical

I told my media team lead to have my coworker Ana work on the table and to please don’t make any mess around and he told me to go tell her my self , but I told him I have several time and to me this is confrontation and is un ethical, according to the work CBL it said not to confront anyone who you are having trouble to get to do her job. How long do you think it take some one who been on training more than 3 months and not only that but had been to others club as well. Back in the day was 2 weeks max and now it see is for ever how I don’t understand it anymore. But this only happened when same one is not paying attention to the training and don’t care either. The embarrassing part is that this person is been with the company for so long and she was doing the same thing at her previous area HSM before management knew and they did not do anything about it so how long can some one get away with this.

For those that don’t know what she means is that, her team lead told her to confront her co worker because she’s not doing her job even tho she been trained for more than 3 months. It means her team lead doesn’t want to do his JOB. And confronting your co worker is unethical.
