It used to be impacted by CFE but there were concerns about bias so they changed it a few years back. Now as I recall your only PSP impact is if you get a bad CFE rating but even that may no longer impact (I can’t remember how it went last year since I didn’t rate anyone below S).

@qse+1sGLLpI4 My apology if I have missed it. Would you please point where I can find it? I am really freaking out as I got a new manager during re-org and things do not look good for my cfe. Really needed my PSP for my debt
CFE is a joke nobody takes it seriously. Your PSP is a popularity contest at the Sr Director level and above.
Y’all get cfe meetings with your managers? That doesn’t happen in tech/IE
Only for unsatisfactory ratings. Read the policy.
No, but a bad rating could land you on the next layoff list.
It will again soon, i bet.
Since it is subjective and depends on manager's opinion, I think if PSP is affected by CFE, that could be a EEOC lawsuit. You can be Rockstar but your manager hates you and based on she said he said they can give you a low rating which is fine... They are managers and can have opinions but if it affects PSP, then I do not think it would be fair
It used to. I don’t think it does anymore.
