I wonder if they will pay out PTO, I had maxed out at 280 hours.

My husband was laid off back in January from PayPal and he was paid out all of his PTO and he also received his bonus he earned from 2023 performance.
Pto is paid out. If you 'overspent' pto for the year (used the full years allowance and we're laid off in June) they will take some money back from your payout
PTO should be paid out you have earned it. PSL is gone.
