Thread regarding Truist Bank layoffs

TAS MDs on the chopping block

Many people are saying JD will be the first to go. Followed by MM. Maybe MAM makes it. Maybe not. So many good people left TAS over the past year. It’s sad really. But also a great thing. We can right the ship and have a productive dept.

It's hilarious you all think anything would change. This dumpster fire has a steady stream of gas being thrown on it. As long as MAM and others stay TAS will be the shining northern light (fire) of disaster for Truist. Blaze on.

I keep hearing resignation assignments from really goo's people. Coupled with horror stories about some of the remaining leaders. It's tough right now deciding what all of this means.

I am still perplexed that I have to come into the office 3 and soon to be 4 days a week and some of our leaders in PA, DE, and NJ never come in at all. Don't hide behind the fake Truist background. We know you are at home.

MM is as bad as it gets. The combination of her overwhelming incompetence with her beastly demeanor is astonishing and revolting all at the same time. Her comeuppance is long overdue.

It would be unfortunate if any of them got to stay especially the three mentioned. They have destroyed so much. They have treated so many so badly to their face and behind their backs that are still here and those that are gone. Denise's departure was a good gesture but much more needs to happen to win people back. Much much more.

I believe in due time Grant will push out the MUFG sc-m that DD brought in to ruin TAS. These overpaid geniuses brought nothing but bedlam and unnecessary regulatory issues to the table.

Good Sir or Madam,

If you don’t know the meaning of those acronyms, then you should not concern yourself with them.

Kind regards,

TAS

Not acronyms—they’re abbreviations of names in o most cases. Posts on this board get deleted here if folks post the full name of anyone other than EL it seems.
