Anyone part of the job share program and actually stayed on full time?

The whole point of the program is that it’s temporary. Nobody stays in the program full time
If you are talking about Workforce Share, you should be able to continue to apply for open positions while in the program.
Always struck me as a low hanging fruit to lay you off.
