Can we admit the decision was made to give the savings from lack of bonuses to the customers for their saving enjoyment. No chance stores make budget with all these steep discounts. Even if we did not have these discounts, inventory is so low that we have little to sell to make budget. I see what you are doing "leadership"

It’s not about the stores budgets. They really don’t care about the budgets. They have driven so many people insane, those who haven’t been laid off are leaving of their own accord. They are now squeezing the last few pennies out of Follett before they close it. Sell everything and anything for whatever you can. They have owned Follett for 2 years now. Time to get rid of it. They have run up huge debt (they did have a head start), they have cut costs (ie payroll and infrastructure), they have bled Follett dry. The money is safely gone all into the investors pockets. Time to declare bankruptcy and shut this puppy down. Enjoy the tax benefits of the “loss” and move on to the next victim.
They don’t give a flying f**k about you, your store, your campus, or your contracts. Have you never seen a store go out of business before? Those last few months and days when “everything sold to the bare walls!” Think man! Think!
Are you waiting to leave until the locks are changed on the front door?
